The Fleet

The Union of Taxis Amarillos, was founded in the year 1946. We started with a total of ten taxi units, but that was just the beginning.

In order to give prompt and comfortable service to both our local customers and to the many tourists that come to Ensenada every day, we expanded our fleet to 27 units, consisting of new, comfortable sedans, wagons and vans, driven by highly qualified and courteous personnel.

Our drivers are trained professionals that take care in safely delivering you to your destination.  

Additionally, each and every passenger in our taxis are protected by full coverage insurance in the event of an accident.  Our fleet has a very high standard of safety, but it is assuring to know that in the case of an accident, medical insurance coverage is automatically provided.

So by offering safe, courteous and prompt taxi service, Taxis Amarillos has grown to be the number one taxi company in Ensenada, offering taxi service to all parts of Ensenada, and other parts of Baja California.

Official Transportation for the Big Events

Our rich history of quality service has allowed us to become the official transportation carrier in the many annual events in Ensenada, such as the Newport to Ensenada International Yacht Race, the world famous Baja 1000 and Baja 500 off road races, as well as the transportation of the tens of thousands of tourists that visit Ensenada weekly on the cruise ships.
