POLÍTICAS DE RESERVACIÓN

---

 

• Toda reservación deberá garantizarse con tarjeta de Crédito

(Visa, Master card o Discover)

 

• Después de haber garantizado su estadía, el huésped deberá

obtener de la empresa un numero de confirmación de sus reservación.

 

• Si el huésped no se presenta el día y fecha en la cual inicia su reservación,

se hará cargo a su tarjeta como NO SHOW (No se presentó) y se dispondrá de las habitaciones reservadas para renta.

 

CANCELACIÓN DE RESERVACIÓN

 

• No habrá devolución de dinero en el caso de haber

garantizado su reservación con deposito bancario, pago en efectivo

o garantizado  con Tarjeta de crédito.

 

• Toda cancelación deberá hacerse con 72 hrs. de anticipación a la

fecha de la reservación con un cargo de 10.00 dlls

por cada habitación y noche reservada.

 

• Todo huésped que haya cancelado, deberá tener un numero

de cancelación, fecha hora y nombre de la persona que

recibió su cancelación.

 

Para eventos especiales y días festivos (Holidays) no habrá cancelación.

RESERVATION POLICIES

• All Reservations must be guaranteed with a c. Card

(Visa, Master card o Discover), bank deposit or cash payment.

 

• After guaranteeing the stay, the guest must

get a confirmation number from our Hotel

 

·        If the guest doesn’t show up on the day and date of the

Reservation, there will be a charge on his Credit card as

A “No show” and the Hotel will put those rooms out for rent.

 

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

There will be no money back if reservation was made with a bank deposit,

Credit card or cash payment.

 

• All reservation cancellations with Credit card must be done

72 hours prior to the arrival date with a $10.00 dlls cancellation

fee for each night and room reserved.

 

• All the guests who had cancelled must have a cancellation

Number, date, time and name of clerk who helped them.

 

There are no cancellations on Holidays or special events
