Carnaval Ensenada 2002 (Feb 7th - 12th) was greeted with beautiful weather, fun-loving people and a lot of festivities.  Here's a photo of dancing on the street, with a local Ranchero band behind them, on Calle Ruiz in front of Hussongs Cantina.
